Winter is the ideal time for sugar cookies, that delicious sweet bites we eat while watching the snowflakes fall on the ground (or to feel better with all of the rain if I take the current weather situation into the account :)). This one are the perfect combo of salty and sweet, a mixture of my favourite ingredients. Chocolate and peanut butter (if you read some of my previous recipes, this one is probably not a surprise). Joie de Vivre and Cupcakes has taken a creative break and now the blog is back, filled with energy and creativity. I think we all need it from time to time and now I have a more clear idea of what I want to do with my blog. And in case you missed, a new look too. What do you think about it? Hello again after a short break. I’ve been pretty busy last week. I’ve written my first exam this year and studying took a bit more time than I expected. I’m still waiting for the results, keep your fingers crossed :). So you see why I needed something sweet when weekend finally arrived. Something to put me back in the Christmas mood. And I had to try out animal-shaped cookie cutters I bought in Ikea in autumn, and didn’t find an opportunity to test them. Cookies seemed like a logical choice, especially for this extended (sick day off) weekend 🙂
