I really wanted to share with you some bloggers and instagramers with a great sense of style, so I decided to invite a few of them to write a guest post. Blogmas seemed like a great opportunity to share their thoughts and photos with you. Now it’s time for our third blogmas guest post! Let’s see what Nika wrote about her winter style. Thank you, Nika!
I love social media as it always connects me with the best people. I met so many wonderful people through Instagram and Pia is one of them. I love people, who strive in always bettering and challenging themselves. That is how you grow, right? When Pia told me she is planning on doing blogmas this year and would like me to write a guest post, I immediately said YES! I am very excited for her that she chose to challenge herself this way and also thankful for this opportunity as it is also getting me to step out of my comfort zone and write my first blogpost.

It’s not the best season for sneakers but I love casual, sporty and comfy sweaters. I love to wear them ass a dress but right now it’s a bit too cold to be jumping around in a sweater, so I always wear one or two (more often two :D) pairs of tights and shorts underneath the sweater. Hidden under the sweater but the most important part of the wardrobe:D Simple, cute, comfy!

Writing this in my Christmas pajamas and munching on homemade cookies. I love this festive season, everything smells like cinnamon and mulled wine. There are waffles, pancakes and caramelized almonds on every corner. Lights all over Ljubljana…It’s a magical time. I love it! Only thing missing is snow.

If someone asked me if I am winter or summer person I would probably have some troubles with the answer. The truth is I am 100% autumn person. Layers of clothes, long sweaters, coats and cozy evenings – I’m all in for that. My birthday is also in autumn so I guess that has something to do with my love of the end of the year. In my closet I have clothes sorted as any other person – one shelf is for summer clothes and other four are for sweaters and winter stuff. I love sweaters because they are so comfy and you can make them cute and classy at the same time. I think that always when I shopping and I need trousers or a shirt I end up with a few new sweaters. I wear them from September to April and I just can’t get used to them. I also love turtle necks because I always forget to wear scarfs and then I am usually cold and I get sick. This sweater is a combination of a normal sweater and a turtle neck and it is my favorite one (also have one in white of course). I wear it all the time in autumn and winter – sometimes I even wear it as a pajamas. I bought it on a very bad day and somehow it made it better. Since then it is a regular piece of my wardrobe and it really is my favorite winter sweater!

Snow is here and that means I’ll bring out all of my warmest and coziest sweaters. In this post, I’m wearing a new addition to my wardrobe, a warm pink oversized sweater I got from my mum because it was lying in the closet for the past few years, but probably it’s about the same age as I am :D.

We woke up early last Saturday, as we had a new mattress delivered. Well, early for us, who like to sleep until at least 10 in the morning and had spend the last night playing Activity with friends…and went to bed an hour or two after midnight. Even though we were thinking about going to Bled or Bohinj, we decided to rest for another hour and then go to the seaside – but not just for a few hours, but for the whole weekend. One hour later, we were in a car, my parents said they will pick up Ida, and off to Portorož. Nothing planed out, we just went and spent two warm days by the sea. From time to time, we all need a change of environment and a break from busy schedule, right :)?

After a rainy September, when I thought the summer is completely over, came a warm and sunny October and with it time to put my rain boots back in the closet for a while. I kept the trench coats and over-the-knee boots though :). Even though I’m more of a summer person, I love the autumn colours, I adore how the leaves change colour and sitting in the sun while watching the beautiful nature. I love the evenings in the city, eating chestnut and just walking around not so crowded streets. I love how my hair and clothes flow in the wind. I love autumn sunsets. And I definitely love this autumn outfit.
