Easy Chocolate Souffle

Chocolate soufflé – the one dessert I always wanted to try out, but heard so many times how hard it is to bake it. I didn’t want to fail and end up spending one hour to clean the oven :D. Well, I made the notorious chocolate soufflé for the third time yesterday. I’m definitely not a soufflé professional, but now I have a simple recipe. Yes, I failed once, when I was trying to get the perfect amount of ingredients for two or a small group of friends 😀 But now, I have a simple recipe, inspired by the one on this page (and probably many other recipes I found while searching for the easiest one:)). My version is for 2-3 people (or just for one, depending on how hungry you are:)). And it’s really simple, no special ingredients, the hardest part is separating egg whites and yolks :). All you need is:

 2 eggs
75g of dark chocolate
50g of butter
50g of caster sugar
40g of flour

Melt the chocolate and butter above hot water. Separate the eggs – whisk egg whites and mix together egg yolks and sugar. Add melted chocolate butter mix to the second mixture and then gradually add flour and egg white snow until you get an even mixture. Bake at 175°C for 25 minutes (and don’t open the oven for the first 20 minutes).

Preprost čokoladni sufle

Čokoladni sufle – sladica, ki sem se je želela lotiti že kar nekaj časa, a hkrati tudi prevečkrat slišala, kako ”občutljiva” in ”zahtevna” je. Kaj če mi ne bi uspelo in bi na koncu eno uro čistila pečico?  OK, pretiravam :D. Da sploh ni tako težko, in da ne čistiš pečice eno uro, vem šele zdaj, ko sem že tretjič spekla sufle (in ja, enkrat se je kot posledica preizkušanja razmerja sestavin tudi razlil po pečici:)). Nisem ena zakladnica znanja o čokoladnih suflejih, imam pa en preprost recept, ki se ga lahko loti vsak, tudi tisti, ki nismo najbolj natančni. Zgoraj lahko najdeš povezavo do enega izmed receptov, ki je navdihnil tega, je pa tale mešanica vsega možnega, kar sem našla med brskanjem na Googlu. Tale verzija je za 2-3 ljudi, ali pa samo za eno, če je huda lakota :). Ne rabiš nobenih posebnih sestavin, najtežji del pa je uspešno ločiti rumenjak in beljak :D. Torej ni težko!:D Kaj pa sestavine?

2 jajci
75g jedilne čokolade
50g masla
50g sladkorja v prahu
40 g moke

Nad vodno kopeljo stopi čokolado in maslo. Jajce loči na beljake in rumenjake – naprej stepi beljake, rumenjakom pa dodaj sladkor in zmiksaj. Dodaj ohlajeno stopljeno čokolado in maslo, potem pa še izmenično dodajaj beljakov sneg ter moko, dokler ne dobiš enakomerne mešanice. Zlij mešanico v modelčke, skoraj do vrha, in peci 25 minut na 175°C (pazi, da vmes ne odpiraš pečice, oz. vsaj ne prvih 20 minut).
