Peanut Butter and Chocolate Cookies

Winter is the ideal time for sugar cookies, that delicious sweet bites we eat while watching the snowflakes fall on the ground (or to feel better with all of the rain if I take the current weather situation into the account :)). This one are the perfect combo of salty and sweet, a mixture of my favourite ingredients. Chocolate and peanut butter (if you read some of my previous recipes, this one is probably not a surprise). If you try out the recipe, I hope you like them :).

Ingredients

3 cups of flour
1/2 cup of butter
1/2 cup of peanut butter
1 egg
1 tbsp of vanilla sugar
1/2 cup of sugar
1 tsp of baking powder
dark chocolate and chopped peanuts (no certain amount, but these things are so good you won’t throw any away)

First, mix together sugar, vanilla sugar, peanut butter and butter, then add an egg. After you get an even mixture, add flour and baking powder. Put the dough in the fridge for a few hours (or overnight). Roll the dough and cut out cute shapes. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 175°C. After the cookies cool down, cover them with melted chocolate and chopped peanuts.

Piškoti s čokolado in arašidovim maslom

Zima je ta prav čas za sladke piškotke, tiste ljubke posladke, ki jih najrajši jemo med gledanjem snežink, no, glede na trenutno vremensko situacijo pa med dežjem in se počutimo bolje ob tem ne ravno idealnem vremenu. Teli so super fina kombinacija slanega in sladkega, mešanica mojih najljubših sestavin. Čokolade in arašidovega masla (kar sploh ni presenečenje, če si se že srečal/a z mojimi recepti. Upam, da ti bodo vsaj pol toliko všeč kot meni, če sprobaš recept

Sestavine

3 skodelice moke
pol skodelice masla
pol skodelice arašidovega masla
jajce
1 vrečka pecilnega praška
1 vrečka vanilijevega sladkorja
1/2 skodelice sladkorja
temna čokolada in nasekljani arašidi (količina ni določena, vse se poje:))

Najprej zmiksaj sladkor, vanilijev sladkor, arašidovo in navadno maslo, potem pa dodaj še jajce. Ko dobiš približno enakomerno zmes, dodaj moko in pecilni prašek. Testo pusti v hladilniku nekaj ur, še bolje pa čez noč, nato pa ga zvaljaj in z modelčki naredi čepe obleke. Peci 10-15 minut na 175°C. Ko se stopijo, jih prelij s stopljeno čokolado in prekrij z arašidi.
